Starting over in Puerto Rico

I'm 24 year old single male, currently a firefighter in Canada - 1 year of general post-secondary education, then fire training.

Considering starting over in Puerto Rico, been before and loved the Condado/Ocean Park area.

Willing to find my way, find whats good and go after it - how feasible is it, I'm about 50% of the way to being fully bilingual what are the Puerto Rican immigration laws, and how hard would it be to find my way - perhaps fitness train and restart life down there?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Since Puerto Rico is a US territory, the immigration rules are the same as in the USA. Check out the USCIS site for all the information you need: http://www.uscis.gov/portal/site/uscis
