I have 4 years experience as a nurse anesthetist working in operating rooms for all types of surgeries, delivery rooms and outpatient procedure areas. I also have teaching experience for a nurse anesthesia program as guest faculty.

From my experience of the health care sector here hurses do not appear to be given the same amount of responsibilities as they do in other countries. Strange that they have to get a degree etc but anything remotely technical seems to be the preserve of the doctors out here. rather like the Uk was in the 1950-60's. Good luck with your job search.
