Mumbai for Bollywood and the city which never sleeps and Delhi for its food. Weather-wise Mumbai is Hot and Humid and sucks at times, Delhi is Hot and Cold !! So basically it depends bith have pros and cons.... I can go on and on..... But it will depend on you.

Delhi is far better than mumbai so have a shot there....
