Hi!
I am moving to Accra in 10 days... and am attempting to pack everything I need in 3 suitcases...
I am an avid hiker and was wondering if it was worth bringing my sleeping bag & mat... or if I could - should the opportunity to go camping arise - buy these in Ghana.
Any advice welcome (and any other hikers interested!)

Hi,
Can't say I have ever looked specifically for a sleeping bag but they might be available at Game or one of the other big stores. I doubt if you will get the variety you could get in Europe though so if you want a very lightweight one I'd buy one there - same with the mat.
If you look on accrexpat.com you will find all the associations listed there and might find a hiking group.
