Help should we move to Beijing?

Hi
My husband has the opportunity to move to Beijing for 2 years through his work. We immigrated from the UK to Canada 10 years ago. The prospect of moving to another country is kinda freaking me out. Can anyone offer any information/advice that will help us make a decision?

Hi Sue,
I thought 2006 to come for one year to China. And now it is my fifth year already. China is not that bad after all. And Bejing has a large Expat Community. You will nothing miss there. Except the fresh air. But north of Beijing are nice mountains where they even have winter sport resorts.

Beijing / China is an incredible experience and I am sure that you will love it.

However, if you are in doubt try and ask hubby's employer to send you over for a pre-view trip.
