I haven't got a clear answer about this Noc issue
My question is if I successfully completed my 2 years contract and I want to do my own visa for two year do I need Noc do I need to exist the country thanks

You need to excite the country and cancel the current visa and then come back with new visa without the need of noc or anything else.
