At the beginning of march, we will spend a week in Rovaniemi. My wife is dreaming to see same Northern Lights. We trust that we will have at least a chance to see one.
But my personal question is: is there ice, so slippery on the City streets?
Do we need crampons or walking sticks in the urban core?
