I love Thailand, I come there 4 to 5 times a year. My partner and I would like to move there at the end of 2014 once I have retired. We have Thai friends in Bangkok and Chiang Mai, but don't yet know where we will settle. We do not yet know if we are going to buy an apartment in Bangkok or rent it and in this case then buy in Pattaya in a beautiful residence and rent for the year, because we have the Žbougeotte and wish to travel in the country to see our friends in Chiang Mai, Phuket or Samui. What advice do you give us and do you know a good agency that doesn't take us for pigeons... Thanks in advance
