My profession is consultancy, which I have been practicing for some thirty years, including 20 years in the Principality of Andorra. I act as a consultant and coordinator for individuals and companies, helping them to set up in Andorra. I work in collaboration with a chartered accountancy firm, and possibly with an international law firm. All contacts are French-speaking, to avoid any risk of misunderstanding or misunderstanding.
I take care of all legal procedures on behalf of my clients, right through to the successful conclusion of their cases by accompanying them on expatriation.

My name is Patrick Roux, tax advisor. I am dedicated exclusively to the establishment of companies and individuals who wish to immigrate by opting for passive residence or by creating a business, invest or move closer to Andorra in order to protect their interests or their savings.
I work alone in complete discretion to guarantee confidentiality, in complete independence. I present interested parties with the best professionals (bank-lawyer-lawyers-economists, etc.) likely to meet their expectations after having carefully examined their case.
I act as advisor and coordinator for the management of their operation.
I have acquired extensive experience in real estate, in construction and financing (pre-feasibility study - study - advice - negotiator), in sales, where I operated as agency manager on several sites for the BOUYGUES Group in France, then for my own account.
Then, I worked as a consultant for the tourism industry, hotels and restaurants, on behalf of public organizations, private investors and in particular for the American RCI Group.
I have lived and worked in the principality of Andorra since 1993
The observation
Over the years, I have realized the significant number of my compatriots and others who had experienced the challenges of creating a company in the Principality of Andorra, very often poorly advised by unscrupulous professionals.
Most of them held contracts that did not comply with current legislation. Lack of knowledge of the language, of the legal and fiscal environment of a country that is certainly attractive but so different from France, had deprived them of any objective reflection.
I therefore returned to my original consulting profession that I practiced for many years in France, added to 20 years of experience and presence in the Principality of Andorra.
What is my role
My role is above all to advise you as best as possible, by selecting the most qualified stakeholders capable of meeting your needs, within the required deadlines.
The professionals with whom I work are all French-speaking to avoid any misunderstanding or incomprehension. They are very specific because the laws were all modified at the end of 2012, the Principality of Andorra is experiencing a real revolution.
After studying your case, together we develop the legal and financial arrangements for the operation, ensuring tax optimization, the procedures to be implemented, and the timetable for actions. I organize, coordinate, manage, assist you, and I support you, then I ensure on your behalf all the procedures until their completion. I prepare all the meetings with the stakeholders (gestoria, lawyer, accountant, bank) to put together and present your file.
We set the objectives and we implement all the steps to achieve them. I am the representative of your company in Andorra, during its incorporation.
