@jrharvey The Wise card is significantly cheaper to convert money than traditional banks. I used it extensively at ATMs last year but this year most money is transferred into a Vietnamese account in VN Dong from the Wise card.Works well for me. Read More

What visa will you have? No bank account without some form of residency, tourist visa does not cut it. Get a Wise card and use ATMs. Read More
