@Kevin Thompson HiWe used abbygate who sorted out insurance for residency. I had pre conditions and meds. The premium was not bad at all and most meds can be bought from your local pharmacy without prescription. (Not anti biotics though i think) ... Read More

Hi Thanks, I have and at present Government service pensions, from dec will be taxed in UK.. The rest and any other income remains taxed in Cyprus... unless of course things change by then.I spoke to UK TAX office and he confirmed..RegardsSteven Read More

No...I believe you can not enter the south if your entry point is northern Cyprus (airport) . They will stamp your passport and you will be deemed an illegal immigrant at the checkpoint. Read More

Arrived in Cyprus April 2023. Applied for residency visa. To date it's still pending. Check status online regularly. My application states "in process". My husband's application says "pending issues" Any idea what that might mean.
My elderly neighbour forgot to renew temp residency last year (2nd year)and he doesnt meet the new criteria for new application. He is worried what will happen to him and thinks he will be deported. Does anyone know what does happen? Read More
