My expat journey

A long term tourist.
Travel there and see all things with my own eyes, collect experiences, get to know people.

Was safe and calm.
Prices - well some things was very cheap, but needed to be aware always - some places tried to cheat, and there are various frauds.
They did not (or at least VERY rarely) speak in English.
They had gypsies - same problems as elsewhere.

New experiences: for sure I did get much.
Easy going people in the every day life.
To take care any official business/ procedure is a nightmare, system is the worst/ illogical what I have ever seen and their rulebooks are just stupid.

Just tried out a company and when that was not fruitful just lived there for a while.
That was about game design (level and balance) but turned out the company only did marketing in Europe... that is the farest thing from my skills.

Austria was just fine, regardless that I have no success there.

You cannot do much without speaking German.
