@Toon I have no intention of keeping large amounts in a Bank, i only intend getting one, as they kinda force you too with res requirements, i would make use of the cards you advised etc..Steve. Read More

As long as they leave the Temp Residency alone, i can deal with that, though i wonder how they would deal with those who do 5 years temp res, and then wish too make it permanent, but there home was purchased less than  250k, and they wouldn't ... Read More

I just dont see people paying 250k+ for a holiday home, and there must be 10's of thousands of property's well under that 250k now, Who is gonna purchase them, As for rentals, i would suspect most long term rentals done as a pre-cursor too buying ... Read More

The more i think about this, the more i cant make sense of it..  It would surely put a stop too ALL sales and purchases of property's under 250k, no-one is going to be able too buy a holiday home, knock on would be, no-one would be able too ... Read More

@MacGeorge8035 You can do it the way you have mentioned Mac, i think the Cat F can also be used, more so if your intending on purchasing property, from what i can recall, the F has several different requirements, i'll try dig out the latest ... Read More
