Busan, South Korea

Enjoying the beaches of Korea, very perfect weather, calm seas, surfing, sailing, everything I ever dreamed paradise would be! When winter time arrives I'll probably spend winter at my home in Thailand or my Philippines home. But winters here in Busan, Korea, are pretty calm, not very cold.
Semi-retired business broker. I help business people create, expand, buy, sell, merge, etc their companies. But lately I've been focused on simply acquiring new assets, investments, and enjoying life! Sometimes I teach classes at local universities, teach English here locally to charity groups, and do a lot of tourism.
Literally everything! Especially the food, it's so healthy! And of course the people, everyone in Korea is so brilliant, education here is a priority for everyone. The safest, cleanest, most friendly environment I've ever known! Korea might very well be the future of the world!
There's nothing that I dislike, everything has been wonderful, and anything bad here is absolutely tolerable because of all the good. Out of all the places I've ever lived... if I was having a bad day, I'd rather have a bad day here than anywhere else!

Very clean; highly advanced medical industry; infinite cuisine options; very brightly colorful, healthy, exotic food; safe beaches; almost entire population has secondary education; most people understand English and almost half of the population can speak English and many people are near fluent.

The weather was always warm. Santa Clause and his Elves wear sandals and no shirts in Brazil! The food was heavenly, nobody cooks those types of ingredients better than Brazil. There's a saying, "you can't starve in Brazil" and I've experienced that fact! People who only eat fruit, are crazy if they don't move to Brazil, even in the metropolis cities the fruit is always 100% fresh and the lowest prices you've ever seen! Nobody mixes fruit juice as expertly as street vendors in Brazil. Drink the most delicious and fresh juice everyday! There are thousands of beaches in Brazil where you're the only person on the beach for the entire day and night (not that I would recommend it, more people means more safety, it's nice to have life saving emergency services nearby, and amenities such as food places, transportation, etc).

It's rarely cold! And the sharks are not a problem, the beaches are relatively safe except during certain rainy seasons. There are areas in Thailand where you can find cooler weather but will always be mostly warm to hot either way. Like heaven! The food is brightly colorful, healthy, exotic!
