Arriving in Andalusia a few months ago to prepare for my retirement, I am now officially retired in France. So today I must move on to the official registration phase (for me and my partner with whom I am in a civil partnership, this as "Permanent Residents" in Spain (with all that this entails in terms of papers here and in France). Things are not easy, especially since there are very different opinions on the method and permanent modifications in the laws, regulations and modes of operation.
