About Activity

I am a government employee working in a high-security setting (prison), where I am responsible for food production and the on-site transformation of food (such as canning and preserving).

Previously, I was a culinary teacher at an internationally respected school and have 20 years of experience in international hotels abroad. I have been married since 1986 to a Filipino national.

I am exploring the possibility of establishing myself on the island of Mindoro, which requires an estimated monthly income of about $2,000 USD ++.

We own agricultural land and a beach property, both of which need development.
