I am from St Hubert near Montreal, I will soon be retired and looking for a place to settle in the heat all year round I like having land not too far from the sea but safe. I dive, I like crystal clear water and I like animals but I hate mosquitoes. I am looking for a place in Costa Rica to settle in and I need your experience and advice so that I make the right decisions. Thank you all
