I did researched and this is not the case. Can apply at any consulate in any country not only your country of citizenship. The dilemma is the country you reside in doesn’t have a consulate and all borders are closed or require quarantine. Read More

You can get New Zealand/Australian lamb and goat meat at the supermarket across the street from super duper. The stores are less than 15 minutes walk from Russian market. Both stores also have very large selection of spices at very reasonable prices. Read More
