The “thank you love, sorry my love” so nice to hear. The English countryside so green (and for good reason), the coffee shops and their lattes, the pubs and their roasts and where you pay at the start so no need to wait 2 hours for the bill. The dog you can take anywhere and is always welcome.
The night that falls at 4:00 p.m. in winter, the rain, the gray, The doctor that you can't see without insisting heavily or having to explain to the triage nurse who will estimate by telephone whether you really need to see a doctor! The doctor who doesn't examine you but remains glued to his computer, the visit which lasts barely 5 minutes. The doctor who has a foreign accent to cut with a knife and who gives you a telephone consultation and whom you have a lot of trouble understanding.
