Good morning. I currently live in France in the department (17) of Charente maritime, to better tell you 45 minutes from La Rochelle or 1 hour from Bordeaux. I was born in Charente maritime in Saintes, my name is Eric and I have always lived in my department. I don't live in the town of Saintes but in a small country village of 800 inhabitants where I had a house built. In my professional life I have always worked at the Town Hall of Saintes, therefore a Territorial civil servant, it is a town of around 25,000 inhabitants. I am retired by necessity because I have health problems. My plan is to leave France for Vietnam, to Ho Chi Minh City in the South of Vietnam to see something else in my life. My experience in the field of long distance travel I don't really have any because I have always traveled in Europe. I have been to Spain, Portugal, Belgium, Germany, Holland, Switzerland, England, and a little Italy. A good part of all the trips I did in a motorhome because I have been a motorhome driver for 12 years.
