Allow me to introduce myself: I am of Swiss nationality and have lived in Tenerife since the 1990s. My practice is mainly cognitive-behavioral, but I also use other tools adapted to each case, such as hypnosis. I favor a transparent and direct approach, and I strive to provide my patients with tools that allow them to improve their quality of life and learn to exercise their free will. Outside of work, I play golf in my free time.
