Hello everyone,
My name is Christophe Durand, and I’ve been living in the province of Alicante since 2015. From the moment I arrived, I fell in love with the region… but I also realized how difficult it can be for many French speakers to settle in or manage a property from afar, without a trustworthy local contact.
That’s how my work began: I’m a certified property finder (RAICV) and I’ve also created a residential concierge service to support those who want to live here year-round, invest, or simply enjoy their second home without stress.
In practice, I help you at every stage:
Finding the right property (buying or renting)
Managing your home (long-term or vacation rental)
Organizing your move or helping your tenants settle in
And above all, being here in person when you need someone locally
My goal: to provide reliable, personal and human support, with real on-the-ground follow-up.
I’m lucky to have a strong network of trusted partners, and I take pride in working transparently.
