Hi, Following a trip to the Philippines I fell in love with the country. That years later I took a Filipino woman as my wife. Unfortunately after 5 years of marriage our union is about to end. I invested in land on site and legally “armored” the deal. (lease 2 times 25 years plus special power attorney) This land slightly overlooking the China Sea, a 5-minute walk from a white sand beach, is currently being developed: then, parking. Access staircase then construction of a first bungalow. As far as possible I would like to live as self-sufficiently as possible: solar or even wind energy, vegetable garden, poultry, fishing, etc. I am looking for people possibly interested in a partnership or wishing for information on what I have just explained.
