Babin Noel

My first trip to the Philippines was for work in 2004. I then returned in 2008 for 3 full years. I have worked in Santo Tomas Batangas and returned regularly since 2011 in a professional and personal capacity. I am divorced and met my wife here. Between 2011 and 2014 I worked in China and regularly returned to Iloilo. Since September I settled in Iloilo with my friend and we got married on February 15, 2015. Today we returned to France for a year with my wife and her minor daughter to restore my house and sell it because I intend to spend my retirement in this splendid country.
