I am from Quebec retired from civil engineering, I have traveled a lot in Cuba and in Europe including France which I love, England, Scotland, Ireland. Well, I want to sell here to settle in the south, I can't stand our freezing winters anymore! I would happily give up my place to a French or Belgian who wants to immigrate to Quebec.., ;-) I am looking for a peaceful place not too far from the sea (Pacific) + or - 5-10 km. I speak a little Spanish, my partner more and English of course which is my second official language. I have the means to buy a house but maybe rent first to be sure I like the place. I have a neurologist son who has lived in Mexico for 10 years, so it wouldn't be too far by plane. So firstly, 6 months in Panama and 6 here in Quebec (and in France). Looking forward to reading you!!
