1 year ago I gave up everything to come and settle in Valencia less stuffy than Barcelona or Madrid, cheaper too (apartment, food bars etc....) the city is in fact a village of a million inhabitants with very few of the disadvantages of big cities (no traffic jams, not too much pollution) and all its advantages (metro bus tram vlibs... / a very large historic center / around thirty cheap or free museums and as many exhibition halls / a beach of several kilometers) Valencia is a beautiful, addictive stranger. People exude a real sweetness of life, despite the crisis. for a year we have advised many friends to buy in Valencia, in 2015 we will professionalize this activity and offer advice on purchasing or installation in the region. There are real business opportunities in Spain; the administrative straitjacket is less financially restrictive than in France.
