A former sailing sailor, I put my bag on land in Santa Marta. I work as a writer for an internet text publisher and I continue to occasionally sail on a friend's sailboat of which I am officially the captain. After spending 35 years on the seas, the last 7 of which in Venezuela, I came to settle in this charming coastal city where life is good.
