Danish Customer Service Advisor – Barcelona

Description

As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll join an international team in Barcelona to support customers with both technical and administrative inquiries. You'll be the first point of contact via phone, chat, and email, helping customers install and configure payment terminals or online solutions, troubleshoot technical issues, answer administrative questions, and build strong relationships to ensure a positive customer experience. Most of your work will be in your native language (Danish), with occasional support for other markets. Full training is provided so you're ready to deliver top-class service from day one.

Skills

Candidates should demonstrate effective communication and social skills, maintain a positive and adaptable attitude toward change, and thrive as team players with strong listening abilities. We value analytical thinking, attention to detail, and a proactive problem solving mindset. Previous experience in a contact center or customer service role is an advantage, but not a requirement.
