As an experienced Healthcare Assistant, I assist professional nurses in administering care to patients in both the in-patients and out-patients settings.
I specialize in caring for elderly patients especially dementia patients. Helping them in carrying out daily routine cleaning and taking their medication using the right dosage and at when due. Making their day to be lively by using those mediums that brings out the best in them, be it story telling, reading, playing games, etc.
