• Lead the team of pricing in (Africa/ Middle East/Russia) for Caterpillar, SEM and Material Handling Equipment ( MCFE, JLG, CHL Brands).

• Manage the sales operation activities including quotations, technical support and ordering activities.

• Implement regional pricing and margin management strategies across the group in EAME and Russia with the aim of maximizing the return on the business

• Create full price list for the product line of CAT, SEM, MH, CHL, JLG Equipment , including all cost items, discounts strategies related to each Business unit, for the purpose of driving continuous cost control and margin management in the light of the company's policy and forecast.

• Support the commercial teams with the pricing information/ solution to assist on successful negotiation and driving sales.

• Develop pricing dashboards to track gross profit margin and analyze costs items and its impact on the finance books for the purpose of pro-active action to maximize the gross profit of the business sales.

• Report and analyze the inventory aging, identify potential issues, provide solution and action plan to control the Aging of the inventory.

• Implement and control the processes and procedures for pricing team across the territories to improve pricing governance and performance.

• Implemented Salesforce ticketing system to support Pricing activity, eliminate processes wastes and improving communication and response time.

• Involved in ERP project for sales operation activities

• Developed a Storage Cloud based platform, to monitor all team documentation and activities
