Happiness 4 Expats - How to Set SMART Goals & Stick to Them

Welcome back to Geneva! Most of you were away during the holiday season and had time to reflect on the past year and set 2019 resolutions/intentions.
You’ve decided to make positive changes in your life and the common mistake you make is to set unrealistic goals.
In this participative session, we will set goals that are S.M.A.R.T.: Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Relevant, and Time-bound. S.M.A.R.T. is a proven goal setting technique that coaches and counselors have used for many years.
You will leave motivated and with a better understanding of how to plan and lay down the foundation towards completing your goals.
