DocNow is a Greek telemedicine platform that connects patients with independent licensed doctors in Greece by secure video, through the DocNow app for iPhone and Android.
A consultation is scheduled for 15 minutes and costs €20, paid by card in the app, with no subscription. Doctors are available every day 08:00–22:00 (Greek time) and consult in English or Greek, so you can see a doctor from anywhere in Greece, including Athens and the islands. Same-day appointments are often available, depending on doctor availability. No AMKA (Greek social security number) is needed to book.
For a short illness, you can also send a written sick-leave request in the app (up to 3 days, €10), reviewed by a doctor every day 09:00–22:00.
At the doctor's clinical discretion, the doctor can issue a sick note, refer you for tests or to a specialist, or write a letter for your insurer.
DocNow is online only and has no walk-in clinic. It is not an emergency service: in an emergency, call 112.
