Your hard drive, SSD, USB stick or memory card has stopped working, and your files matter. I'm Emmanuel, the founder of SOS Disque, and I personally read every case. I speak English, so you can explain your problem in your own language, on the phone or by email.

How it works: you describe what happened online in five minutes, and you get a first assessment within the hour, every day from 7 am to 10 pm (Paris time), with your exact price. We send you a prepaid Chronopost label, and your device goes to our partner laboratory, which works in an ISO 5 clean room in the EU. You check your recovered files online before paying the balance.

Prices are known in advance, from €300 to €1,000 including VAT, depending on the fault. The laboratory diagnosis costs €90 (€150 for mechanical faults) and is deducted from the price if we recover your files.

We work for individuals and businesses, anywhere in France. Businesses receive a VAT invoice.
