We handle the Spanish tax side of your life or business, remotely and in English. You don't need to come to an office: everything is done by email, phone or video call, and documents are exchanged online.
Non-residents with property in Spain
If you live abroad and own a home in Spain, you have to file form 210 every year, whether the property is rented out or kept for your own use. We prepare it for you, work out the imputed income when the home is empty, and apply the expense deductions available to EU and EEA residents when it is rented. Many owners only find out about this obligation when a letter arrives covering several years. We check which years are missing and regularise them before the Tax Agency does.
Self-employed people and small companies
If you work as an autónomo or run a small company in Spain, we take care of your quarterly and annual returns: income tax (IRPF), VAT, withholdings and corporate tax. We also keep your books, prepare payroll and help you adapt your invoicing to the new electronic invoicing rules and Verifactu.
Letters, requirements and penalties
If you receive a requirement, an assessment or a fine from the Spanish Tax Agency or Social Security, send it to us as soon as possible. Deadlines are often short. We read it, tell you whether it is worth contesting, and prepare the reply, allegations or appeal within the deadline.
How we work
The first consultation is free. Before we start, you receive a closed price in writing, so there are no surprises. We use digital tools to save time, and a professional always reviews every return and every document before it is filed.
We work in English, French, Spanish and Catalan, for clients anywhere in mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands, and for owners who live abroad.
