NEST Living Real Estate & Furniture
Nest is a rental and relocation agency for expats in Vietnam. We list verified apartments, serviced apartments and villas for rent in Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City and Da Nang, and we inspect every home in person so photos, size and all-in prices are accurate. English-speaking agents, contracts translated before you sign, and no tenant agency fee.
Nest (NEST Living) helps expats, families and relocating staff find a home in Vietnam. Founded in Hanoi in 2020 by Leslie McKenna, who has lived in Vietnam for eight years and helped nearly 1,500 people settle in, Nest lists more than 1,000 verified homes for rent across Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City and Da Nang.
In Hanoi we cover Tây Hồ (West Lake), Ba Đình, Hoàn Kiếm and the Old Quarter, Ciputra and Vinhomes; in Ho Chi Minh City, Thảo Điền and District 2; in Da Nang, Ngũ Hành Sơn and Sơn Trà. Choose long-term leases, serviced apartments or short stays.
Every home is inspected in person, so the photos and floor area are accurate and the price is all-in. Tenants never pay an agency fee. Contracts are translated into English before you sign, and our agents stay with you from the first viewing to the keys.
Nest also handles the rest of a move to Vietnam: international school placement, visas and work permits, furniture, movers, pet relocation, SIM cards and bank accounts. Companies relocating staff and families still overseas can start with a video call.
Nest publishes the Hanoi Rent Index, live typical rents by home size from the homes we list: https://nestliving.vn/rent-index
