Papeles en Orden

Papeles en Orden is an immigration and nationality practice based in Madrid. We work with people across Spain, mostly online by video call, in English, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian and Bulgarian.

We are both immigrants ourselves, and the practice started with helping our own families and friends with their paperwork. We know how confusing the process feels from the inside, so we explain things clearly and tell you where you stand and what comes next.

What we help with

Residence permits and arraigo (the settlement route for people already living in Spain), family reunification, residence cards for family members of EU citizens, student stays and the move from student status to work and residence, long-term residence, renewals and modifications, Spanish nationality by residence, and appeals against refusals.

How we work

We start with your situation and tell you which route fits and which does not. Then we check your documents, prepare and file the application, and follow it until the administration decides. If it asks for something more, we respond within the deadline. We also tell you which documents from your home country you will need, where to request them and when, so none of them expires while you wait for another.

Our website, https://papelesenorden.es/, has free guides and calculators for deadlines and nationality eligibility (in Spanish).
