The agency
CARMO IMMOBILIER is an independent real estate agency based in Pétange, at the south-western tip of Luxembourg, 10 minutes from Belgium and France and 25 minutes from Luxembourg City. It is run by David Carmo, active in the Luxembourg residential market since 2008, trainer at the Académie de l'Immobilier and member of FIABCI-Luxembourg.

Our approach to price
The Luxembourg market does not forgive overpricing. A property listed too high gets few viewings, goes stale on the portals and often ends up selling for less than one priced correctly from day one. We value on the basis of prices actually signed in the commune, we explain the reasoning, and we give a straight opinion even when it is not the one the owner hoped for.
