You live in Czechia, but your assets, income or investments reach beyond one country. We help you see them as one whole and build a strategy that accounts for different currencies, different countries and your long-term plans.

 

Wealth that grew gradually, in several countries, several currencies, across different institutions, usually works well piece by piece and still doesn’t add up to a strategy. So we start by mapping what you already hold here and abroad, and we take into account where you live, which currencies your income and expenses are in, and what your plans are. The portfolio proposal comes after that, not before.

 

What that means in practice:

 

1. portfolio diversified across markets and asset classes according to your goals, horizon and approach to risk
2. attention to where your assets are held and when you are likely to need them
3. an honest look at the investments you already own: what fits the new strategy and where a change makes sense
4. your tax residence taken into account, with questions that call for specialist assessment handled together with a tax advisor
5. everything in English or Czech, in person in Prague or online

 

We most often work with people who have already built their wealth and want to manage it as a single portfolio, including portfolios in the tens of millions of crowns. Melior Invest was founded in 2017 and is led by Petra Stepankova, a certified EFA adviser. We act as a tied agent of In Investments a.s.
