We let, sell and manage property across Istanbul, including for owners who live outside Turkey and never visit.
- Property management for owners abroad: 5% or 10% of rent collected, plus VAT; no fee while the flat is empty
- Rent forwarded within 3 business days; inspections with photos every 6 months
- Free valuation in TRY, EUR and USD
- Selling: 2% + VAT, paid only on completion
