Zenith Concierge

Zenith Concierge is a buyer's agent for foreign buyers purchasing property in Spain, most of them from the US. We work for the buyer only. We never represent sellers or take listings.

We run the search and the shortlist, check each property legally before you make an offer, negotiate the price and coordinate the purchase through to the notary signing and the keys. All of it can be done remotely.

One all-in fee of 4% of the asking price, fixed on the day we make your offer, covers our work plus the NIE, the lawyer, the notary and the gestoría. A €5,000 engagement fee starts the search and is credited against the 4%. Every euro we negotiate off the price stays with you.

We cover the Costa del Sol, Costa Blanca, Costa Brava, the Balearic and Canary Islands, Barcelona and Madrid.
