I'm Goen, founder of Chiangmai Properties. I moved to Chiang Mai in July 2021 and started the agency in October 2022, so I know first-hand what it takes to settle here, compare neighbourhoods and understand how property works as a newcomer.

I'm independent and not tied to any developer, so my advice is honest whichever side of the sale you're on. For buyers, I find the right home and make sure you understand exactly what you're signing. For sellers, I price realistically and put your property in front of serious foreign buyers.

Fees

In Chiang Mai resale transactions the seller normally pays the agency commission, so buyers usually pay no agency fee.
