Andorre Gestoria

Andorre Gestoria is the trade name of RLG CAPITAL, SLU, a tax and wealth advisory firm incorporated under Andorran law and based in Canillo. Its speciality is guiding French-speaking entrepreneurs, executives, investors and families through a professional and personal move to Andorra. The firm handles company formation from start to finish: choice of legal form (SL with a minimum share capital of 3,000 euros, SA, holding company, asset-holding, trading or international company), application for the foreign investment authorisation, incorporation and registration, then the opening of a bank account with an Andorran bank and the tax residency file, whether active (with a professional activity) or passive (investment based). Once the company is up and running, Andorre Gestoria provides bookkeeping and filings: annual accounts, corporate income tax at the general rate of 10%, personal income tax (IRPF) at 0% up to 24,000 euros and 10% above 40,000 euros, and IGI, the Andorran VAT at 4.5%.
