KL Law Firm is an Izmir-based law firm that works only with foreign clients, and Turkish citizenship by investment sits at the center of everything we do. Rather than spreading across many unrelated fields, we built the whole practice around a single focus: guiding investors, professionals and families through Turkish citizenship, immigration and foreigners' law with the depth that only a focused team can offer.

The firm was founded by the partners Att. Alparslan Levent and Att. Pınar Konaç Levent, both registered with the Izmir Bar Association, and we have handled thousands of applications and legal matters for clients from more than 50 countries. We manage the whole path in one piece, from setting the legal framework of the investment to the final citizenship decision. Every route is covered: 400,000 USD real estate, 500,000 USD bank deposit, fixed capital, investment fund, government bonds and the employment route. Each one is carried out from start to finish under a power of attorney, so the client never has to travel to Turkey.

Our work is not limited to citizenship. We represent foreign clients in residence permits obtained through property purchase, in family and short-term residence permits, in first-application and extension work permits, and in company formation for investors who want to build a structure in Turkey. When a matter turns into a dispute, we act quickly with annulment cases against deportation decisions, administrative detention and restriction codes, and we handle the recognition and enforcement of foreign court judgments in Turkey.

Although we are based in Izmir, we serve clients across the whole country, primarily in Istanbul, Muğla, Aydın and Antalya, and in the coastal regions where foreign property investment is concentrated, such as Bodrum, Çeşme, Fethiye, Kuşadası, Didim, Marmaris and Alanya. We carry out our work to a corporate standard and in the client's own language, in ten languages.
