Kleanthous & Platis LLC is a law firm based at Greg Tower in central Nicosia, Cyprus. The firm is led by its two partners, who between them have more than forty years of practice, and every matter is handled with direct partner involvement.

The firm advises individuals, companies, property owners, developers and contractors, and acts regularly for clients based outside Cyprus who need Cypriot law advice on assets, transactions or disputes connected to the island.

Principal areas of work: property and real estate, including conveyancing, title issues, sale and purchase agreements, and disputes between buyers, sellers and developers; construction, including contract review, delay and defect claims, payment disputes and arbitration; civil litigation and debt recovery before the District Courts; corporate and commercial, including company formation, shareholder arrangements, contracts and ongoing compliance; wills, succession and probate, including estates with a foreign element; and personal injury claims.
