COWORKING
Our space at Zeleznicka 20 is in the heart of Novi Sad: comfortable workstations, fast Wi-Fi, meeting rooms, a kitchen and a community of entrepreneurs, IT specialists and remote workers. Daily pass: 1,500 RSD (~€12). Monthly membership: 18,000 RSD (~€150). We also host events, workshops and chess club for kids.
RELOCATION SERVICES
We help expats and digital nomads legalize their stay in Serbia:
- Company registration: sole proprietorship (preduzetnik) or DOO — state fee from 2,500 RSD, done in 3-5 working days
- Residence permit (boravak) based on your business — from 28,000 RSD state fee; full package with translations and support: €400-450 per person
- Permanent residence (PMŽ) after 3 years of legal stay
- Virtual business address (poslovno sedište) for your company
- Accounting support with a trusted Serbian accountant
- Guidance on the lump-sum (paushal) tax regime: €250-400/month all-inclusive
