We are María and Mateo, a Spanish expat family and the founders of Baby Sleep & Smile.
María is a medical doctor trained in gentle infant sleep support, and Mateo brings the father’s perspective that is often missing in this field. As parents of a 15-month-old, we know first-hand how exhausting sleep deprivation can feel — especially when living abroad, travelling often and managing changing routines.
Our approach is realistic, flexible and respectful of your parenting style. We do not believe in rigid rules or one-size-fits-all solutions. We believe in understanding your baby and supporting your family step by step.
