I work with women living between cultures who may feel emotionally stretched between their home country and their life abroad. Moving to another country can bring growth and new opportunities, but it can also create feelings of uncertainty, loneliness, or a shift in identity. Through my work, I support women in understanding these emotional experiences and rebuilding a sense of inner stability and belonging. My approach focuses on emotional resilience, reflection, and helping women reconnect with themselves while navigating the challenges of living abroad. Sessions are available online and open to women living anywhere in the world.
Living between cultures can be enriching, but it can also feel emotionally complex. Many women living abroad experience moments of loneliness, identity shifts, or the feeling of belonging to two worlds while not fully belonging to either.
