Home Watch Services supports absentee, seasonal, and international homeowners throughout Lagos and the Algarve.

When a property is left unoccupied, small issues such as leaks, humidity, storm damage, power faults, or unauthorised access can go unnoticed until they become costly problems. Our role is to provide trusted local oversight through scheduled, on-site inspections and detailed photo reporting.

We are not property management — we focus specifically on regular property checks, documentation, and reliable communication while you are away.
