I am a logotherapist, an existential analyst and a practitioner in spiritual energetics. I combine these modalities to offer my patients an holistic and integrative approach to their therapy.
Sessions aim to bring them mental, emotional, physical and spiritual support, clarity and transformation.
Having immigrated twice across the globe myself (France-Australia-Portugal), I have a first hand understanding of the challenges expats can encounter and I love supporting people going through big life transitions, changes and through existential interrogations especially when they don’t know how to move forward with their life and in which direction.
Sessions are mostly held online but can also be done in person for local residents in Porto.
Each session is tailored to your individual needs and last 90 minutes.
I also offer regular live online meditations, articles, workshops and some online courses.
