I am a psychotherapist offering therapy and coaching specializing in family and relationship trauma, anxiety, depression, ADD/ADHD and OCD. I work with nomads and expats and am time zone flexible to provide consistency of care. My work is culturally informed, systemic, evidence based, and sensitive to the unique needs of life away from your country origin.
I view the therapeutic relationship as a supportive alliance built on sharing and exploring your unique personal story. Through this process, you can release the lingering effects of past traumas and unhelpful patterns.
My style is empathetic, collaborative, and culturally informed, with a focus on safety and non-judgment. I love supporting clients through life transitions, navigating family relationships, and addressing anxiety, depression, and trauma.
My approach is always tailored to your individual needs and draws from Narrative, Family Systems, and Solution Focused modalities. As a certified Trauma Informed Yoga Instructor, I recognize the physical effects of trauma and work from a place of mindfulness, curiosity, and openness.
I have been living and working as a digital nomad for close to a decade, and am well versed in the unique challenges that can occur. Separation from family of origin, loneliness, depression, anxiety, trauma, and multicultural issues that impact individuals and relationships are just a few of the issues that can come up in a unique way while living and working abroad. With me, you will be working with someone familiar with the unique experience of expat or digital nomad life.
I have over 15 years of experience in the therapeutic and coaching space, and hold a master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Mercy University in NYC, where I continue to practice to this day.
